Neonatal Nurse Practitioner NNP (Honolulu)

40 hours a week One 24-hour shift (12 working in unit / 12 on call in on call room) Two 8-hour shifts.
Salary and Sign on Bonus:
Salary: USD $131,600 – $170,280 / yr
+ Annual Bonus + straight pay for any extra hours worked + Weekend Shift Differential. (Current NPs make roughly 30-40K additional on top of Salary)
Is there additional variable compensation?
$10K Sign On Bonus
$ Relocation - Department will cover a portion of the cost and provide a travel coordinator to assist in travel arrangements.
What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
Able to work overnight shifts to cover at the Medical Center will be required.
This is a salary exempt NP position that is Full Time and fully benefitted.
Minimum two (2) years of experience as a neonatal nurse practitioner and must be a licensed NNP.
Able to work overnight shifts to cover at the Medical Center will be required (minimum 1 overnight a week, sometimes back to back depending on needs of facility.
What are the nice-to-have skills?
An experienced NNP that lives locally on the Island with recent experience, or willing to relocate to Honolulu.
Able to work independently.
Experience working with micro- premies

Work 40 hours a week Standard work week - 1- 24 hour shift a week | two 8 hours shifts variable schedule nights & days
24 hour shift- in unit 12 hours - 12 hours on call for night in on call room within Unit
