This Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations and clinical excellence within their Emergency Department. 60-bed Emergency Department serving over 60,000 patients annually
Treats a broad range of cases including cardiac events, stroke, behavioral health, orthopedic injuries, and minor trauma Includes a dedicated rapid care area for lower-acuity patients Collaborative and skilled nursing team with a strong culture of support and engagement.
What You’ll Do as Nurse Manager:
Provide 24-hour operational and clinical leadership for the Emergency Department
Oversee daily patient care delivery, staffing, and team development
Partner with Assistant Nurse Managers to ensure efficient resource allocation and care coordination
Promote quality, safety, and patient satisfaction in alignment with hospital and system-wide goals

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school required
Active Maryland RN license (or compact state equivalent)
5–7 years of clinical nursing experience; prior emergency nursing and/or leadership experience preferred
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
National certification in nursing leadership or clinical specialty preferred
