We are seeking candidates for a NURSE MANAGER - NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT/NICU opportunity with the largest healthcare system and largest private employer in Oregon.
The NICU is a level III NICU with 40 beds.
Base Salary - $104,686 to $156,998

Qualifications
Three years of nurse leadership in the NICU (Director, Manger, Associate Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse).
Five years of NICU RN experience in a level 3 or level 4 NICU (Staff and Leadership)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Five (5) years nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles.
Active Oregon state RN license or eligibility
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Health Care Provider required within 6 months of hire.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in related field
National certification in area of specialty
