Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location: Central Oregon

 

$6,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates

Compensation

Base Salary - USD $133,272 to $160,326

 

Full-Time/Day Shift - Working Monday- Friday from 8am-4:30pm

Performs Nuclear Medicine examinations for diagnostic and therapeutic (site specific) purposes under the direction of a physician. Prepares patient, prepares and administers prescribed dose of radioactive pharmaceuticals and non-radioactive pharmaceuticals, performs calculations, and manipulates data according to established parameters. Ensures proper preparation and/or ordering of radioactive material, calibrates equipment, assures appropriate quality control, monitors patients, and performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

 

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

Upon hire: Oregon Nuclear Medicine Technologist Or

Upon hire: Oregon Nuclear Medicine Technologist Temporary

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Or

Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board

 

Preferred Qualification:

 

2 years of Clinical experience as Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
