We are in search of a Manager of Med/Surg/Telemetry - Full Time- for Riverside County CA region.
Compensation
Base Salary - USD $136,747 to $198,283

Join a licensed 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission. It is Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year and has an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region’s only Total Joint Center.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Attention to detail, high level of accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and function effectively with high volumes of patients.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate good computer skills.
Solid understanding of English, grammar, and punctuation.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, BSA, circumference and volume.
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Two (2) years of recent department specific experience required.
Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.
Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
Current BLS certification.
ACLS certification.
Basic EKG/tele interpretation experience required OR completing a Basic EKG class within six months of employment
American Heart Association- Basic Life Support Certification
American Heart Association- Advance Life Support Certification
California Professional Nursing License
