Pharmacy Director- Illinois
Salary: 180k
Just need 2 years of pharmacy manage any kind, retail even, but need some hospital experience, hospital does not have to be in management.
Inpatient rehabilitation hospital specializing in post-acute care for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions. They provide intensive, specialized therapy and 24-hour nursing care to help patients regain function.
Position Requirements:
- Licensed in good standing by the State Pharmacy Board for the state.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Successfully completed a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or one that is determined to be substantially equivalent to a U.S. accredited program by an appropriate certifying agency.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
Additional Details:
- Hospital experience is highly preferred
- This is a working Director position, so candidate will work as a Pharmacist and Director
- Position is part of the Senior Team and reports to the CEO
- Pharmacy Hours: M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm and then remote after 7pm
- Saturday is 8am – 12pm and Sunday is remote until 1pm
- 4 direct reports – 1FT and PT Pharmacist and 2 PRN Pharmacist
- Position works every other weekend
- Medical dispense system: Pyxis
- Hospital has 40 beds and ADC is 33
