Administrative Director of Emergency Services opportunity in Austin TX
-Need a seasoned ER director from a large/busy ER preferably with trauma experience.
-Need a strong, ED director/leader at a similar size/volume facility. Need current experience, not a job hopper.
Salary: Midpoint is Mid: $166,025 – may be able to go to $180K if seasoned.
+17.5% - 26.25% bonus incentive
Relocation - $15K lump sum + $10K to move household goods if owner; if renter $5K less on each amount
-Reports to CNO
-364 bed facility
-building new tower -will be close to 500 beds
Scope:
3 FSERs and main ER
FSERs – there are 2 managers for the 3 FSERs; avg volume 8 a day and one 12; sees 35-40
Bldg another FSED (4th ) and will also build a satellite hospital that the admin director will be over; when that happens will have a director over all the FSERs
# of ER Beds: 45; 70 spaces total; doing front end remodel now
Trauma level: 2; seeking level 1 in 2027
Volume: 220 a day avg; 190-270
EMR: Meditech

# managers: 1 manager at main plus CNCs; 2 managers over the 3 FSERs
