Clinical Pharmacist for Emergency Medicine at our Medical Center in Portland, OR.
Full-Time/Variable Shift
The Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine provides care to adult and pediatric patients in the Medical Center emergency department. Our state-of-the-art ED has 84 beds and handles over 90,000 visits annually, making it the busiest ED in the Portland metro area. The clinical pharmacist works closely with the multidisciplinary ED team to provide direct patient care, including responding to medical emergencies. The clinical pharmacist will also have a secondary clinical practice area of Pediatrics/NICU and will provide some support with operational/distributive pharmacy services. Our clinical pharmacists are preceptors for our pharmacy residents and student pharmacists. Clinical pharmacists work 10-hour shifts (weekdays and every third weekend); this position will work primarily evenings.

Required Qualifications:
PharmD Pharmacy or bachelor's degree in pharmacy
Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency

Base Salary - USD $150,633 to $237,806
