Description
We are in search of candidates for a new Clinical Pharmacy Manager opportunity with an acute care hospital located a short drive from Nashville TN.
Position: Clinical Pharmacy Manager
-Salary: $155K - $165K (Based on experience and education.)
-Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5K
-Relocation Assistance: Up to $10K
-Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P
-Supervise: Up to 9 employees
-On Call Rotation: Yes, every 3rd week.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree required.
- Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Tennessee. (Or, willing to obtain.)
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant pharmacy practice experience if you have not completed an ASHP-accredited residency, or
Completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency and a minimum of 3 years of relevant pharmacy practice experience, or
Completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 residencies and a minimum of one year of relevant pharmacy practice experience.
- Board certification is preferred in any BPS specialty.
- Some pharmacy leadership, precepting, or management experience is required; a minimum of 2 years is preferred.
- Ability to travel to attend conferences, team meetings, etc. Travel is up to 5%.
