We are in search of Director Emergency Services (Frankfort Regional in Kentucky)
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Director of Emergency Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s) and department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director of Emergency Services fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or other approved education plan Required
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing Preferred
• Master's Degree Preferred
• 1+ years applicable experience Required
• 3+ years applicable experience Preferred
Need solid ER director experience at a similar or larger size ED with high volume preferred. May consider a strong manager if running the day to day as a director at a large ED.. Need proven track record of good metrics/performance/accomplishments listed on resume.
Energetic, team oriented, leadership skills, put team together, handle stress.
Min: $110,552
Mid: $143,707
Max: $176,883,
Eligible for the 17.5% - 26.25% director incentive bonus.
Relocation - $15K lump sum + $10K to move household goods if a homeowner; if renter $5K less on each amount.
