We are searching for a Nursing Department Manager, Labor, and Delivery FT Days for Los Angeles Area.

Salary: USD $155,600 – $201,300 / yr
There is the potential to earn up to a 15% bonus based off the annual salary. The amount of the bonus is dependent on the performance of the medical center.
About the Dept:
You will manage Labor & Delivery Unit L&D unit has 15 beds, approximately 65 employees, and averages 150 deliveries/month.
This position will manage Labor & Delivery and Antepartum/testing units. L&D unit has 9 beds, 5 triage beds, 2 ORs, and 4 PACU beds. There are approximately 74 employees, and averages 215 deliveries per month.
Qualifications requirements of this position?
CA RN license.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS.
- NRP.
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certificate (current within the last 2 years).
- BSN or MSN.
- At minimum candidate needs to have 5 years of FT equivalent L&D RN experience. Experience must be current or very recent.
- At minimum candidate needs to have 3 years of FT equivalent Manager or Supervisor RN experience in L&D. Experience must be current or very recent.

What are the nice-to-have skills?
- MSN.
- Management experience in a union environment.
- National certification in a related field.
