We are seeking candidates for a PHARMACY OPERATIONS MANAGER - INFUSION for Santa Rosa/ Rohnert Park CA.
Base Salary - USD $170,560 to $301,600
Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible the pharmacy operations with ultimate responsibility for achieving financial, quality and service goals. Responsible for cost effective, efficient, and safe pharmacy department management as well as the safe and effective use of medications for all patients and clients served, while remaining compliant with all applicable State and Federal regulations, professional practice, and accreditation standards. As a department leader, successfully engages staff, acts as a mentor, and exhibits the mission and values of the hospital daily.
PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
6 years related work experience.
4 years Supervisory or management experience.
Experience in home infusion pharmacy services, sterile compounding operations (USP <797>, <800>), and applicable quality standards.
Current, valid license to practice pharmacy in California.
Coursework/Training - Training in Six Sigma and LEAN.
2 years home care experience with clinical responsibilities.
Systems improvement experience.

Have you obtained your PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy?
Are you currently licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of California?
Do you have 6 years work experience related to home infusion pharmacy services, sterile compounding operations (USP <797>, <800>), and applicable quality standards?
Do you have any experience in building and retaining a team within the pharmacy realm?
Do you have minimum of 4 years’ experience leading pharmacy tech, warehouse tech, pharmacist, admissions, or nursing teams?
