    United Pro Search is seeking candidates for a Director of Operating Room Opportunity located in Philadelphia, PA Region.

    Position Description:
    Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the director of Surgical services guides and directs surgical services to include the Operating Room, PACU, Short Procedure, Pre-Admission Testing, Endoscopy, Sterile Processing and CVIR to implement and meet hospital and departmental goals and standards. Assumes responsibility for the quality of patient care delivered in clinical areas defined. Is responsible for meeting TJC standards and regulatory compliance for areas of responsibility. Promotes collaboration with physicians, employees, personnel of other departments of the organization as well as meeting needs of patients and their families.

    Requirements
    Education:
    Graduate of approved school of nursing
    Master's degree required

    Experience:
    Surgical services experience required
    Minimum 3-5 years management level experience

    Licenses/Certificates:
    Current Healthcare Provider CPR required
    Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
