    MANAGER ONCOLOGY RN - $20K SIGN ON BONUS

    Location: Seattle, Washington

    The Clinical Manager is responsible for the coordination of the daily clinical activities as it pertains to the First Hill and Ballard Medical Oncology programs as well as the Issaquah and Edmonds locations.  The Clinical Manager acts as a liaison between the staff, physicians, and administration to improve and maintain safe, high quality patient care. Responsible for managing all assigned clinic and support staff, developing, and implementing policies, processes and procedures to improve financial performance, patient/clinic workflow and patient experience, attainment of departmental financial and productivity goals and administration of assigned budgets. Works supportively and collaboratively with SCI physician leaders and other direct care providers to develop systems and processes that improve clinical quality while assuring patient safety and improve provider and clinic efficiency. Builds relationships with providers and interdisciplinary teams for advancement of institutional and network goals. Demonstrates clinical competency and problem-solving skills, creating an environment which supports high-quality, cost-conscious patient centered care. Committed to continuous learning, growth and community service. As a core leader, is an active participant of the SCI management team.

     

     

    Required Qualifications:

     

    Graduate of an accredited School as a License Practical Nurse or equivalent educ/experience

    Required upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License

    Required upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

    Required upon hire: Oncology Certified (or willing to obtain within 12 months of hire or eligibility)

    5 years Management or supervisory experience in a health care organization comparable to the SCI.

    Preferred Qualifications:

     

    Master' Degree in Nursing

    COMPENSATION

    Base Salary - USD $100,000 to $180,000
