The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Job Description
A professional registered nurse responsible for the assessment of educational needs, clinical practice and the implementation of an organized educational program supporting the needs of bedside caregivers. Creates and implements educational programs which incorporate evaluation and growth of clinical competence, partnership with leaders to provide continuing development and mentorship for new and tenured caregivers. Uses the nursing process is develop, implement, and evaluate and respond to educational needs. Serves as a resource and professional practice role model. Demonstrates patient advocacy and nursing leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
3 years Recent experience in field of education, Or Experience in an acute healthcare setting.
3 years Emergency Department Nursing
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree Nursing (or matriculation in accredited program).
Clinical Nurse Specialist certification.

Base Salary - USD $141,929 to $196,872
