Regional hospital licensed for 233 beds, very involved in community.

Salary: USD $150,000 – $156,000 / yr
Eligible for annual bonus

Job Summary:
Accountable for management of a patient care unit 20-bed Level 3 NICU under the direction of the Director of Maternal Child Women’s Health. Partners with healthcare team to assure quality patient/family centered care.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Experience
Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience as RN.
Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience in health care field.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
License, Certification, Registration
Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) required at hire
Basic Life Support within 1 months of hire
Neonatal Resuscitation Program required at hire
Preferred Qualifications:
Five (5) years of recent experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Level 2 & Level 3.
Two (2) years of experience in a formal Nursing Leadership in Neonatal Intensive Care.
Masters degree in nursing, health care administration, or business preferred.
