Base Salary - USD $135,400 to $189,440

Job Description
Manager Surgical Services in the Surgery Department at our Medical Center located in the beautiful Willamette Valley! This is a 1.0 FTE Full Time position that typically works Day shift on weekdays and weekends.
Accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The Manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with our mission, vision, and values.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Must have recent first-line management experience.
3 years Clinical experience.
Preferred qualification:
Master’s degree in nursing or related field.

Leadership experience 1-5 years in a hospital or healthcare setting
