    Our hospital is calling a Manager, Cath Lab (Full time/Day shift)
    $40,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by our hospital that begin on your first day of employment.
    We are seeking a Manager, Cath Lab who will provide leadership and assumes twenty-four hour accountability for patient care, operations, human resources/staffing, patient satisfaction, employee engagement and fiscal responsibility for the cardiac and procedural areas including the cardiac catheterization labs, hybrid OR, electrophysiology lab, and the interventional radiology suites. The manager is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of processes that meet the goals and key performance indicators for cardiac and vascular procedural services.  The manager ensures compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
    The manager exhibits behaviors that enhance professional performance and reflect the key moral commitment, ethical principles, values, and philosophy of our hospital.
    The manager demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of patient care principles and evaluation of work performance.  S/he also demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of clinical and patient care standards related to assigned units/service specialties and direct reports.
    The manager is accountable for the multidisciplinary approach to the quality improvement process through assessment, evaluation, analysis, and revision of intradepartmental and interdepartmental systems that allow for enhanced productivity, cost reduction, physician/employee/patient satisfaction and safe patient care.  Collaborates multi-disciplinary teams and physician dyad partners to meet key performance indicators.
    The manager mentors and develops leaders and promotes a positive teamwork environment. The manager participates in designing effective operational and marketing strategies for particular services.  The manager is responsible for the selection, development, and evaluation of caregivers and leaders under his/her areas of responsibility.
    The manager applies leadership skills as she/he serves as a representative or chair on multidisciplinary committees and task force committees.
    In this position you will:
    Required qualifications:
        Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
        Current state of California RN License
        Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association
        Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association
        3 years Clinical experience in a cath/angiography lab
        3 years Leadership experience
        Basic computer knowledge and competency skills
    Preferred qualifications:
        Master's Degree in Nursing
        3 years experience managing a cath/angiography lab
        Experience with Epic EMR

    Base Salary - USD $122,720 to $201,760

    Experience with construction of a new lab and/or lab replacement; experience with educating and training new hire RN's via fellowship and new cath lab techs
