Our client, a 70+ bed hospital in KY, about 30 mins from Lexington, has a need for an experienced Hospital HR Director to join their team. Candidates MUST have hospital HR Management experience. Candidates MUST have multi-site experience to be considered.
The Executive Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to the 4-facility market CEOs and other leadership team members, and is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives within an assigned market consistent with the hospital’s strategic goals. The incumbent will support management in a highly diverse range of issues such as: employee relations, talent acquisition and assessment, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development, employee health and benefit program administration. The Executive Director of Human Resources will serve as the broader HR liaison regarding HR policies and procedures. He/she operates independently to ensure objectivity and fairness for employees while supporting the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the company.
The Executive Director of Human Resources will report directly to the hospital CEOs and works closely with the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). They will support and monitor implementation of company initiatives, policies and procedures, and to drive compliance and consistency across the hospital.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Required. Master's Degree Preferred
Experience: Multi hospital leadership experience (this person will help oversee HR at 4 facilities). HR leadership experience. Must have healthcare experience in HR management.

Salary range is $97,000-135,000.
