We are seeking candidates for a Nurse Practitioner – Physician Assistant for Albany – Oregon (an hour south of Portland, OR).

Ready for a change? Our multi-specialty group in Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley, is actively recruiting an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to assume a busy Family Medicine practice.
The DETAILS:
Collegial team including three physicians
Family medicine practice without obstetrics
Full-time; 40 hours per week, includes 34 patient contact hours
Minimal call, telephone call only
Integrated Behaviorist embedded in the practice
Ready access to sub-specialty care
On-site laboratory services

QUALIFICATIONS
AANP or ANCC certified family or adult geriatric nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
Experience independently managing a busy, outpatient primary care practice preferred
2-5 years of experience independently managing a patient panel is required
Oregon licensed NP or PA (or eligible)

THE LOCATION: Albany, Oregon
Ready for a change? We are actively recruiting a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to support a busy Family Medicine team in Albany, Oregon. This clinic has an established onboarding program and proudly supports over nineteen advanced clinical practitioners in ten specialties.
THE DETAILS
Full-time; 40 hours per week, includes 34 patient contact hours
Provide urgent, same-day, or next-day access
Conduct hospital and emergency room follow-up visits
Partner with on-call physician to manage tasks, patient inquires
Ensure continuity of care during transitions (retirements, medical leave, vacations, etc.)

Qualifications
AANP or ANCC certified family or adult geriatric nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
Experience working in a busy primary care clinic is desired
New NPs and PAs are considered but 2 years of experience preferred
Comfortable, confident caring for complex and co-morbid patients
Ability to work independently, and as a collaborative team player
