Base Salary - USD $123,906 to $240,386

We are seeking a Director, Labor and delivery who will be accountable for the operations of the inpatient Labor and Delivery units on the First Hill campus and delivering on the quadruple aim. Work in collaboration with campus executive leadership, Regional Director, support services, and medical directors to transform delivery of clinical care for Labor and Delivery at First Hill. Create an exceptional patient-centered experience by developing a seamless care delivery system and innovative care models to improve quality outcomes, reduce unnecessary clinical variation, and improve coordination across the continuum.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing OR Master's degree if bachelor’s is not in Nursing
Master's Degree in Nursing OR MHA, MBA
Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers required at time of hire from American Heart Association (AHA)
Certification in Nursing Leadership required after two years in position.
Five (5) years progressive management experience in healthcare, preferably with an in-depth knowledge specific to clinical service area
Experience leading teams, group facilitation, process improvement, and managing projects
Experience working in a unionized environment.
