Our client, a large busy hospital located about an hour from Charlotte, NC, has a need for a Director of Women’s Services to join their team.
The Director Women's Services' leadership and support to the Chief Nursing Officer who is responsible for all nursing and other designated patient care functions/services within the hospital organization. The Director is accountable to support the CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. This leader will assume responsibility for assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating nursing practice on unit level. Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of all nursing personnel. Provide clinical leadership, strategic and long term goals for the nursing staff. Determine, assign and assess performance objectives for nursing department. Organize, coordinate, develop and review policies, procedures and nursing protocols to meet all regulatory, compliance and quality care standards.
- Associates Degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Current RN license to practice in NC
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) required
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring required

Salary range is $81,000—126,000 plus up to a 10% bonus potential and some sign on bonus.
