    Our client, a revenue cycle management company, is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join their team.  This is a remote position and will require travel about 20% of the time.

    Our client is a rapidly growing nationwide revenue cycle management services provider that has been offering high quality medical billing services since 2004. We are currently searching for an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead our Revenue Cycle Operations team.


    This position will oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the revenue cycle for PMDS, including: client relationships, end to end revenue cycle management, and vendor relationships. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be directly responsible for the day to day operations of PMDS’ RCM departments. We are looking for an experienced and engaging leader who is used to leading and growing high performing teams while instituting and maintaining industry best practices to drive outstanding performance.



    • Lead a growing RCM team focused on industry leading results, best practices, and operations standardization
    • Provide the strategic direction and guidance for all RCM processes
    • Maintain industry best practices and levels of performance to ensure all client metrics and performance improvement targets are met
    • Lead all aspects of the team’s performance including: professional development of staff, performance improvement, client relationships and vendor partnerships, and growth of new service lines
    • Ensure a scalable and repeatable process for client communication and feedback is implemented across the RCM Operations team
    • Ensure billing compliance for all aspect of PMDS’ billing
    • Manage key relationships with all clients and vendor partners
    • Instill a culture of accountability throughout the RCM Operations


    8+ years experience Revenue Cycle Management

    Possess excellent and effective communication skills, both written and oral

    Able to analyze data, identify trends, make recommendations, and provide sound business reason to implement changes

    An innate desire for continuous operational improvement

    Bachelor’s Degree.

    Salary range is $135,000-150,000 plus up to a 15% bonus potential.
