    Description

    We are seeking candidates for a DIRECTOR, RADIOLOGY role with a Children Hospital client located in Philadelphia PA.

    This is a 188-bed facility that provides exceptional care to children throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and surrounding counties.

    This hospital has more than 220 pediatric experts on staff, combining top-notch pediatric care with a wide array of pediatric specialties including Cardiology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Gastroenterology, Oncology, and Orthopedics. It houses the only Verified Pediatric Burn Center between New York City and Baltimore and is one of only three Level I Pediatric Trauma Centers in Pennsylvania. This is a Magnet® designated hospital and was recognized as a Women’s Choice Award Best Children’s Hospital.

    Responsibilities:

    The Director is responsible for meeting strategic objectives through managing and maintaining the operations of the Radiologic department. The position requires autonomous management and strategic planning and implementation.  The Director plans the course of the department to meet staffing and expense budgets while ensuring continuous quality of services is provided. The Director maintains an active and exemplary working relationship with physicians, staff, departments, committees, and administrators. Ensures compliance with organizations' mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives and policies as well as regulatory agencies. Provides leadership and supervision to direct reports and staff.

     

    Qualifications:

    Education Requirements

    • 4 years/Bachelor's Degree

    Experience

    • Relevant Experience

    Certification and Licensure

    • ARRT Certification
    • Registered Radiologic Technologist

    COMPENSATION

    Base Salary - USD $110,344 to $137,904
