    Description

    We are seeking candidates for a Director of Plant Operations for a 107 all private bed, Joint Commission-accredited facility in Western Kentucky.

    Salary range $75,000.00 to $85,000.00

    SIGNING BONUS

    Negotiable

    BONUS DESCRIPTION

    Up to $5000 Sign-on Bonus

     

    Qualification must-Haves

     

    Critical Thinking Skills within a Maintenance Profession

     

    Decisive Judgement relaying on multiple data points

     

    3 to 5 Years of Plant Operations experience

     

    Nice-To-Haves

     

    Associate degree in related content.

     

    Experience in leading by example and in doing the right thing.

     

    Effective interpersonal and group communication.

    Position Summary:

    Plant Operations Director directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
