Director of ICU

We are seeking candidates for a Director of ICU with a client hospital in San Diego region.

Director ICU - San Diego area

Relocation, sign-on and salary $125-$160 will take strong manager.

1. 20 Bed ICU
2. Position reports directly to the CNO
3. Approximately 60 FTEs when fully staffed, including:
   1. Four Clinical Supervisors (two day/two NOC)
   2. RNs
   3. Patient Care Techs and Certified Nursing Assistants
4. Want someone who is an experience leader, preferably at the director level, definitely at the manager level
5. 1. ICU experience and clinical knowledge is a must
   2. Heart experience preferred
   3. Acute-Care Hospital experience required, recent experience preferred

1. Looking for someone who will love on the team (compassionate, interested, motivating) and will also hold the team accountable to hospital and unit objectives
2. Current California RN license required
3. Prefers to work in a union-free environment, and is comfortable in proactively supporting one
4. Salary range based on director-level experience is approximately: $125k-$160ish

1. 1. Relocation Reimbursement is available for candidates outside of 50 miles
   2. Sign-On Bonus may be available
