    Description

    Director of ER for a 168-bed acute care facility, accredited by The Joint Commission located in Southern NM.

    Emergency Department Beds: 22 monitored beds.

    Annual ED Visits: Last year 28,772

    Full-time Employees: 66

    Support (i.e., 2 managers and 1 charge, etc.): 1 Manager, 7 Charge RNs

    Compensation Range (included any Relocation, Sign-on and/or annualized bonus if applicable):

    Minimum starting $108,160 to $130,000 (then we calc for experience)

    Eligible to receive up to 10% of base salary based on plan criteria (

    Sign on negotiable up to $10,000)

    Relo $2,500 with 6-month commitment or $5,000 for a year commitment (with receipts)

    Eligible to receive up to 10% of base salary based on plan criteria (The Company reserves the right to revise and/or cancel the ICP plan on an annual basis

    The Emergency Department Unit Director is responsible for the direction, management, and administration of the Unit.

     

    Qualification

     

    Bachelor’s degree in nursing

    Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing

    • Preferred: Three (3) to Five (5) years clinical nursing experience

    Current licensure in professional nursing from the New Mexico State Board of Nursing or compact RN license

    Current BLS (Basic Life Support) - Due by close of business on the last day of the month after one (1) full month of work

    Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) -

    Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) -
