$10K+ sign on bonus depending on experience

ER Director opening with 200+ bed hospital in northeast Pennsylvania - Scranton / Wilkes-Barre area; just 2 hours from Philadelphia.
Emergency Department - 46 FTEs
• 19 rooms with beds
• 7 hall beds
• 6 chairs for vertical patients
• Census varies due to Covid-19 but ranges from 50-90 patients daily (pre-covid was 36,000 patients yearly)
Union hospital

Requirements:
• BSN required, MSN preferred
• 3+ years of management/leadership in ER (prefer closer to 5 if possible)
• PA license

Area info: Lackawanna County population: 209,664 in 2019, Scranton, PA has over 77,000 in the city. Nice area near skiing locations, water parks, hiking, Railriders baseball (NY Yankees AAA team) fall festivals at local farms. Neighboring communities for housing would be Clarks Summit, Dunmore, Peckville, Olyphant, Old Forge, Pittston, Dupont.
