    DIRECTOR CRITICAL CARE

    Job Description:

    Responsible for the 24-hour management of multiple departments which may include: ICU, IMC, Critical Care Float Pool and Central Telemetry units assuring facility meets the Established standard of care.

    Qualification Requirements:

    Education Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN required, Master's preferred.

    Experience Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience and a minimum of five (5) years progressive

    management experience preferred.

    Technical Skills Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database.

    License/Certification Current RN license in the State of Nevada

    Other Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service

    appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

     

    NEVADA RN LICENSE

    BACHELOR OR MASTERS DEGREE

    BLS, ACLS

     

    COMPENSATION

    Base Salary - USD $120,000 to $150,000

    Full-time

    IDEAL CANDIDATE

    The ideal candidate must possess clinical knowledge and skill in an Adult ICU setting of at least 3 + years and management experience of at least 5 years. The Director will have ultimate responsibility for the daily operations and management of all Critical Care units and Telemetry units at Spring Valley Hospital.  Must be a team player, a quality & safety champion and be a leader and role model for staff and peers alike.
