Newly created position. There's a Director overseeing CM and these areas. CNO is separating the roles.
Will consider a strong hospital Quality background CA RN candidate who does not have a Manager or Director title. Must have leadership experience and very knowledgeable in QA/Risk/JACHO. Person will oversee a small team who works very independently. Must have CA hospital experience.
We are helping a CA not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital who's looking for a
Location: Monterey CA Area. Close driving cities are Morgan Hill and Gilroy. San Jose - further but in reverse commute.
Position reports to a Chief Clinical Officer (CNO).
Critical Access Hospital - 15 Med -Surg beds, 4 ICU, 2 Main ORs, 4 Ambulatory Surgery Center ORs and 6 LDRPs- approximately 375 deliveries / year. There are several clinics (4 Rural Health, 1 ortho, 2 Multi-Specialty).
2 SNFs on campus (2 separate buildings) - QA is handled by their staff.
The Director of Clinical Services for Quality, Risk, Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance provides operational and strategic leadership to support organization's mission of delivering healthcare to the community.
. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current RN California nursing license.
. Minimum of 5-7 years Nursing experience with at least 3 years of Quality leadership experience in an acute care hospital required.
