The 140-bed, five-story in the San Diego California market is defining a new era in healthcare with its advanced technology and patient-focused care. About the Opportunity:
This is a new role after the Director was promoted to the Service Line Director role. This will oversee 5 Cath Labs-specialty rooms: Hybrid room, biplane room, EP room. Use of the Hybrid Room for: Structural Heart Interventions, Hybrid Vascular Cases, Device Implants, CVOR back up. Director will oversee: Cath (diagnostic and interventional), EP, ECHO, EKG, pre/post, IR/ Special Procedures. Clinical Supervisor in Cath Lab, Charge RN in Pre-Post, Lead Cath Tech, and Lead ECHO Tech- it's a solid leadership team who is very supportive-Currently 60 EEs with about 10 open positions. Oversight of: Cath RNs and Techs, ECHO Techs, EKG techs, Scheduling Coordinator, Pre/Post RNs, Pt. Care Techs
About you:
This position is open to either an RN or Cath Lab professional. Must have a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years clinical exp. in Cardiac Services and 3 years leadership exp. in Cardiology Department/Cath Lab, acute care exp. preferred. Current license as an RN or CRT along with Fluoro license required.
