    Salary:  Up to $199K, DEO.   It's an AVP not a VP.  It's basically a step up from the Director role.  The AVP oversees the Cardiovascular Directors in this hospital. 

    It's a good opportunity to get a VP title.  Bonus is the - up to 15% Perf Bonus

    Job Summary

    AVP maintains responsibility for the direction, supervision, coordination and evaluation of activities and performances in the professional practice of the Cath labs and EP labs.

    In coordination with facility CV Directors, oversees and coordinates the quality assessment, performance activities, policies, procedures and practice guidelines in these departments.

    Job Requirements

    • You will implement quality assessment in Cath and EP labs that include regulatory readiness and adherence to registry guidelines for quality optimization.
    • You will, in collaboration with facility CV Directors, develop and implement standardized operational reporting and scorecard
    • You will provide mentorship guidance to facility CV Directors to develop a just culture of quality and service excellence
    • You will identify and implement opportunities for improved efficiencies and performance in Cath and EP labs.
    • You will, in collaboration with PSG and Division VP, create and implement scheduling guidelines and efficiencies in the facility Cath and EP labs.
    • You will provide guidance for appropriate training, competencies and orientation for Cath, EP, and scheduling staff.
    • You will participate in division and market supply chain meetings as appropriate for Cath and EP labs.
    • You will recruit and onboard new facility CV Directors as per HR standard process.
    • You will perform employee evaluations for facility CV Directors in a timely fashion.
    • You will assess and proactively identify potential lab issues and create action plans to mitigate any anticipated problems or challenges.
    • You will consistently attend facility cardiology, Cath lab, EP Lab, and quality meetings.

    Qualifications

    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support
    • Registered Nurse
    • Bachelors Degree- Nursing required
    • Master's Degree required
    • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in cardiovascular service line required in an acute care
