6 OR Suites, 1 Cath Lab Room

$128,000.00 to $160,000.00

$20,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 Relocation for a 3-year commitment

Full Relocation Package

Must-Haves

Graduate of a Program in Nursing at Bachelors of Science level or higher required

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association required upon hire

Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse required

Minimum of 2 years as director of Surgical Services  in a critical care hospital required

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association required upon hire

 

 

Nice-To-Haves

1

Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) preferred

2

Master's degree preferred

3

5 years in Surgical Services t leadership or leadership in critical care hospital upper management

4

Moderate Sedation Certification preferred

Position Summary

Assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse. Position responsibilities include ensuring continuity of patient care, serving as a resource for subordinate staff, facilitating problem solving, assisting with Quality Improvement Activities, staff education and assuring compliance with established policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.
